We just had a porch put on the back of our house and wanted to commend the workers, their workmanship, attitudes, their caring, as they were here. we sure enjoyed them and the fantastic job they did..We would highly recommend them and be willing to share our experience with a great company.
We are so pleased with every step of our remodel process. The sales process was great. No high pressure sales tactics here. The workmanship was of the utmost highest quality. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. The products used were top notch quality. We had new steel siding, gutters, windows, and doors installed. We have received so many compliments from all of our neighbors. We have even had people stop by, people we do not know, to ask about our remodel and to compliment the finished project . We absolutely love everything about our “new” house! Our home is warmer, quieter, and so beautiful!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company showed up outside our bedroom window this morning with jackhammers and throwing 2 foot size blocks of concrete into an old rusty trailer creating extraordinary noise and disturbing the neighborhood. Man’s nam is Ely Miller . Called the company to ask that they come back later in the day as we work into the wee hours of the morning, and was verbally abused by Charity Miller, who falsely claimed that my neighbor ordered this done at 8 am. My neighbor isn’t home and knows us and never told us about this,and I’m sure will be very curious to learn given they know we sleep later in th morning. Christy Miller screamed at me on the telephone in the most condescending manner. They refused to come back at a decent hour. Rly and his giant man throwing cement blocks laughed heartily at me when I asked them to come back later in the day. This is completely inappropriate for a company! What a horrible group of people! If you want good relationships with your neighbors, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Thank-you for the timely manner in which my roof was installed. My old roof was in the state of emergency as water had begun to leak into the house. The great looking, brand new roof was installed in a few days with absolutely no clean up on my part. The roof is ready to celebrate it's first birthday in Nova, Ohio!
Miller's installed new gutters w/guards on our home several years ago. We recently put an addition on, and had them put the same gutters on the addition. We also had them put in a new sliding glass door in our sunroom several years ago. They are very customer service oriented and do a great job. They are also very price competitive. I will definitely use Miller's Custom Exteriors for any of our home projects.
